Upon acceptance of an articles, articles should be showcased in a standard journal format with all the necessary file required to deposit in the indexing agencies and publish online
- Copy-editing and typesetting the accepted article
- Representation of table/figures as per the journal style
- Generation of a digital object identifier (DOI) for each article, editorials and conference abstracts
- PDF, ePUB file generation for the published article
- html tagging, xml file (JATS, DOAJ, PMC, Redalyc, SciELo, DataCite, CrossRef Deposit) generation
- Citation formatting of the accepted articles
- Online publishing of each accepted article before the print version.
- Presentation with a scientific cover page
- Metrics updates of each published articles in the journal, such as number views and citations
